Our 72,000ft² facility is compromised of a full fabrication bay, assembly bay, and engineering offices. We pride ourselves on doing everything In-house to our quality standard.

Engineering Offices
Our Engineering office is home to a staff of experienced and customer oriented electrical and mechanical engineers. With a mix of past project experience and future innovation Nutro’s engineers collaborate to give you the best system solution available.
Our engineers are proficient in AutoCad and Solidwork design software. Our Engineers are here to support you on all aspects of finishing systems.
Fabrication Bay
Our fabrication bay is approximately 20,000 square feet and consists of:
- Welding (Tig, Mig, Stick)
- Bending
- Machining
- Shearing
- Cutting
- Rolling
- Punching
- Sawing
- Drilling
- Turning
- Plasma cutting
Our skilled staff of experienced fabricators are prepared to execute any project task that lands on Nutro’s floor.
Assembly Bay
Nutro Inc. has approximately 20,000 square feet of space for pre-assembly, including high bays with large overhead cranes.
This space allows us to fully assemble systems in the actual footprint in which they will be placed in the field. This guarantees that all segments line up properly and that additional metal work required can be done.
Exposed steel or any other surfaces that are prone to corrosion are painted prior to pre-assembly. Nutro has a Overhead Power and Free conveyance system to coat parts prior to assembly. It includes a manual wash station, liquid painting booth, powder painting booth, cure oven, and staging area. This allows us to paint all surfaces to customer specification no matter the color.
